تُحسب الحرائق التي تزيد عن 100 هكتار ولها محيط منذ 2016 ووصلت إلى كل وحدة ولو جزئيًا. الهكتارات هي المحترقة داخل الوحدة وتُجمع حريقًا بحريق، لذا تُحسب الأرض التي احترقت مرتين مرتين؛ ولهذا قد تتجاوز النسبة، التي لا تُعطى إلا للوحدات التي تبلغ 10 كم² أو أكثر، 100٪ (وعندها تُذكر بعدد المرات). هذا وصف لما حدث: لا يقيس الخطر ولا يقول شيئًا عن الأسباب.
