# Natuurbranden in Servië in 2020

23 branden van meer dan 100 hectare in Servië in 2020, met 5.293 hectare verbrand volgens hun perimeters. Hier staat het hele jaar: wat de officiële reeks zegt, wanneer en waar het brandde en hoe het weer was.

## Het jaar in een paar zinnen

- Volgens Copernicus EFFIS brandde er in 2020 9.385 hectare in Servië: 92% van het gemiddelde van de andere jaren van 2007 tot 2025 (10.182 ha). (Copernicus EFFIS)
- De zwaarste week was van 18 maart tot 24 maart: 2.895 hectare verbrand in zeven dagen, 31% van het jaar volgens Copernicus EFFIS. (Copernicus EFFIS)
- De grootste brand was die bij Kucevo Municipality, begonnen op 6 april 2020, met 864 hectare verbrand: 16% van het oppervlak van de 23 branden van dit jaar met een eigen pagina. (WorldFires)
